What file format do I need to send?

We prefer vector files: Adobe Illustrator (.AI), EPS, or PDF with outlined text. DXF and DWG are also accepted. If you only have a JPG or PNG logo, our design team will re-draw your artwork as a vector free of charge for production orders. Please provide the highest resolution version you have as a starting reference.

What is the minimum letter height you can cut?

For most acrylic letters, we recommend at least 20 to 30mm height for clean cutting and stable stroke width. The exact minimum depends on the font, stroke thickness, material thickness, and whether the letters are for close-view decorative use or commercial signage.

Can I get an exact Pantone colour match?

Yes. We can follow Pantone, RAL, or supplied brand guidelines. For strict brand projects, vinyl face or painted finish is usually the best option for color consistency. If needed, we can confirm the finish route before mass production.

What is the difference between the flat cut thin and thick options?

Thin flat cut letters are more economical and work well for clean wall branding. Thicker acrylic gives stronger depth, better visibility from distance, and a more premium dimensional look. We usually recommend based on viewing distance and installation surface.

Are acrylic letters suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, for many projects they are. The correct outdoor solution depends on UV exposure, mounting method, wall condition, and whether the letters need painted, vinyl-faced, or mixed-material construction. Tell us the use environment and we will recommend the right build.
