Custom Signage Products
MC Sign provides custom signage products, including LED channel letters, light boxes, neon signs, metal signs, acrylic signs, marquee letters, and wayfinding signage.
Quotations and Orders
Prices shown on the website, if any, are for reference only unless clearly stated otherwise. Final pricing depends on size, material, quantity, lighting, finish, design requirements, packaging, and shipping destination.
A quotation becomes valid only after it is confirmed by MC Sign in writing. Production will begin after order details, artwork, payment, and specifications are confirmed.
Artwork and Design Confirmation
Customers are responsible for checking and confirming all artwork, dimensions, colors, spelling, logos, and production details before production begins. Once production has started, changes may result in additional costs or delays.
Product Images and Colors
Product photos, renderings, and color samples are for reference. Actual colors, lighting effects, materials, and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings, production methods, and material batches.
Payment, Shipping, and Duties
Payment terms will be confirmed before production. Custom orders may require full or partial payment before production starts.
Shipping costs, delivery time, import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and local charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
MC Sign is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, incorrect customer information, force majeure events, or local installation conditions.
