Refund Policy
Because most MC Sign products are custom-made according to each customer’s specifications, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error caused by MC Sign.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- If production has not started, cancellation may be possible.
- If materials have been purchased or production has started, cancellation may not be accepted, or related costs may be deducted from any refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, videos, packaging photos, and order details.
After review, we may offer replacement parts, repair guidance, a partial refund, or a remake of the affected item.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns are not available for:
- Approved custom products
- Incorrect size, color, text, logo, or design confirmed by the customer
- Damage caused by improper installation, handling, storage, or use
- Minor color differences due to screen display or material batches
- Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or local import procedures
- Products damaged after delivery
Return Shipping
For approved returns, return instructions must be confirmed by MC Sign in writing before any item is sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
