We use protective packaging suitable for signage products. For large, fragile, or high-value signs, wooden crates or reinforced packaging may be used when necessary.
Damaged Packages
If a package arrives damaged, please take photos and videos of the outer packaging, product, labels, and damaged areas before disposing of any packaging materials. Contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help review the issue.
